An elegant, intense and unique champagne. Signature or the signature of the winery, the signature of Sébastien Crucifix. Honey, toasted almonds and hazelnuts give way to a broad and persistent sip with the sweetness of cooked fruit enveloping woody and vanilla notes. This champagne is the fruit of tireless work in the countryside, where neither pesticides nor herbicides are used, but only methods that respect the environment and the vineyard ecosystem. The grapes are selected directly in the vineyard, with manual harvesting. The first fermentation, battonage and total malolactic fermentation are carried out in oak barrels of 205 to 300 litres and medium toasting. Unfiltered wine. A perfect bottle to accompany white meats in creamy sauces, smoked fish, and pan-fried shellfish, or rich and tasty dishes. CRUCIFIX PÈRE & FILS cultivates its vines with the utmost respect for its terroir.
