The Petit Chablis 2023 produced by Domaine Michaut Frères is a white wine that represents one of the freshest and most vibrant expressions of the Chablis region in Burgundy. This vintage has benefited from favourable weather conditions, allowing for high-quality grapes known for their freshness and minerality. The Chablis region is famous for its limestone and clay soils, rich in marine fossils, which impart a characteristic minerality to the wines.
