Unisson is the vineyard, the history and the style of Bonville which together, and therefore in unison, form a generous and fat wine, supported by a fresh structure with a salty finish. This iconic Franck Bonville Champagne cuvée is the result of the selection of cuvées and vintages. In fact, only the most deserving cuvée can be part of the Unisson composition. It is also a blend of two vintages that match perfectly with each other. The fine perlage passes sinuously through a beautiful yellow color. On the nose it is expressive and very generous. It offers abundant hints of vanilla that gradually turn into brioche aromas. The creamy mousse gives elegance and richness in the mouth. A pinch of mint recalls the typical freshness of Chardonnay and brings notes of brioche, worthy of the best terroirs of the Côte des Blancs. Perfect for an aperitif, do not hesitate to open this prestigious cuvée in combination with a sweet or savory dish. The Magnum bottle has to be enjoyed with good friends.
