On the nose, it releases enchanting aromas of white peach and wildflowers, creating a delightful aromatic bouquet. On the palate, its delicate minerality merges with fruity complexity, culminating in a finish of extraordinary freshness. This elegant and light cuvée is characterised by a rare purity, inviting you to a memorable tasting experience. Produced entirely from Chardonnay, the D Blanc de Blancs includes 25% reserve wines, which further enrich the wine's profile. The alcoholic fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks, followed by partial malolactic fermentation. This champagne ages for a minimum of five years in bottle, ensuring exceptional depth and finesse. With a brut dosage of 7.5 g/L, the result is a balanced and refined wine. The Devaux D Blanc de Blancs pairs beautifully with seafood dishes such as oysters, sushi, sashimi, and sea bass, as well as appetisers like cheese puffs and more elaborate dishes like lobster. Served at the ideal temperature of 8-10°C, this champagne best enhances its aromatic characteristics.
