CRAFT BEER WITH SEAWATER
Er Boquerón is craft beer made with sea water. The sea water used is pure, coming from the clearest areas and with the best marine flora of the Mediterranean Sea.

Water, barley malt, hops, yeast, sea water.
From the union between the best craft tradition and the purest water of the Mediterranean Sea, a unique beer in the world is born: Er Boquerón, the craft beer made with sea water. It is a fresh, pale and above all easy to drink beer, with no added gas, unfiltered or pasteurized. Alcohol 4.8%: Er Boquerón is produced according to the canons of the German Purity Law of 1516, with only four basic ingredients: water, barley malt, yeast and hops. Er Boquerón craft beer undergoes double fermentation. The second fermentation in the bottle generates a natural deposit of yeasts. Coppery beer with orange nuances, with a fine effervescence and full body. On the nose notes of malt and biscuits, iodized aromas, saffron and dried grass, notes of abundant fruit. On the palate a good degree of salinity and balsamic aromas, reminiscent of a stick of licorice. Er Boquerón is an unfiltered, nor pasteurized, double fermented beer.
