After 5 years of maturation under cork, this 2018 vintage comes from 3 plots located mainly on the lower slopes of Mesnil sur Oger, Les Zailleux, Le Tilleul and Les Hautes Mottes. This part of the terroir is characterised by almost superficial chalk chalk. The nose is subtle and rather evolved, with notes of toast and spices. notes of toast and spices.
