TASTING NOTES
This cuvée ages over six years in the cellars and not needs no dosage. The chardonnay is full and reflects the freshness, minerality and all the characteristics of the calcareous soil. With a fine and persistent perlage, the nose reveals notes of maturity which only champagne of this fullness can reach. The minerality of this cuvée is evident and reveals the saltiness and iodized side of the refined chardonnay. The finish gives a salty sensation, characteristic calcareous terroir. Round, powerful and generous, this Extra Brut cuvée is particularly appreciated as an aperitif. Fresh, delicate, creamy and complex, we also recommend combining it with oysters and lobsters thanks to its minerality and its characteristic of being a Brut Nature.
