High above the Danube, on the famous Steiner Pfaffenberg, the vines that give us this wine grow. The soils are arid and are composed of crystalline primary rock dominated by gneiss and mica schists. Simply perfect for Riesling. Since 2017 these lands has been prepared following the guidelines of organic viticulture and processed exclusively by hand, while the wine and the cellar are certified organic since 2019 - AT-BIO 402. The vines are 35 years old and the manual harvest has begun in mid-October. The fermentation and maturation of the wine lasts 5-6 months in stainless steel. A cornucopia of stone fruit, as well as notes of carambola, mangosteen and tropical herbs envelop you in this expressive and lively dry riesling. A good concentration goes well with a medium-bodied but light palate, some discreet tannins perfectly support the long finish rich in hints of wet stone. Screw cap. Drink now and until 2035.
