Malvasia Bianca is one of the most representative grape varieties of Puglia, particularly in Salento. This variety adapts perfectly to the local terroir, characterised by calcareous soils and a Mediterranean climate. Malvasia Bianca is renowned for its intense aromas and its ability to express the unique qualities of the region. The grapes are hand-harvested, ensuring the selection of the best bunches, which are then vinified using modern techniques to preserve their aromaticity.
