TASTING NOTES
Both harvesting and manual selection of the grapes, 10-day maceration of the skins, fermentation at a controlled temperature and a double aging, in steel tanks and in bottles, produce a dark and intense ruby ​​red wine with floral and intense aromas, even slightly vinous. In the mouth it is dry and round, with a slight bitter hint typical of Negroamaro grapes. Excellent to accompany pasta dishes based on ragout, roasted  and grilled meat or in any case tasty dishes.
