Guido Folonari has always been in love with Südtirol, its wines, vineyards and landscapes. Right there in South Tyrol he has decided to realize his last winemaking dream called Winzerberg (Winegrowers' Mountain). Folonari has selected five small winemakers, owners of as many vineyard, with totally different “terroirs”. South Tyrol is a small jewel of the Italian wine scene, with a truly unique pedoclimatic environment, where wines of extreme elegance and complexity are born. The love for the care of the vineyard and the skillful hand of Stephan Filippi, a South Tyrolean winemaker with a great personality, have given life to seven wines that reflect the character and origin of the territory.
